Some people collect shoes. Others collect cars. We think collecting property is a much better idea! 😎
This 477m2 vacant stand in Lalela Estate on the beautiful KZN North Coast is waiting for someone with big dreams, a Pinterest board full of ideas, and a builder who actually answers his phone! 😂
Picture your dream home, a gorgeous patio, a braai area for those legendary Saturday afternoons, and perhaps a little splash pool to escape the North Coast heat.
And the beauty of buying vacant land? No dodgy paint colours, no strange renovations, and no arguing about which walls to knock down!
